Taking inspiration from their business goals and pillars, we embraced the strategic plan theme, “Ahead of the Curve” and bought the theme to life with bold typography and graphics using vibrant fluorescent colours, along with powerful communication distilled into messages that resonated with employees.
The series of launch materials included posters, presentation templates, a keepsake booklet and commemorative enamel pin to be worn with pride — a symbol of each person’s contribution to the success of the plan.
We created a custom number 5 graphic icon as an engaging and dynamic visual capturing the energy and movement of the “Ahead of the Curve” theme.
